Vegetarians are well catered for too with pasta dishes such as the stuffed pasta with haloumi and ricotta which is available with a choice of sauces to suit your taste. Specialities that are recommended are the creamy roquefort steak roll, the El Greco lamb shank roasted on the bone, and the chicken lupini – stuffed with spinach and mushrooms and covered with a creamy Madagascan pepper sauce. Traditional Italian favourites are the cubed fillet with soya and lemon herb or the liver Veneziana in an onion and white wine sauce.
